WIAA HAS GONE TO FAR WITH LOGOS!

The WIAA Takes Logo Requirements to the Extreme

In a shocking move, the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA) has announced that they will only allow logos on event premises that relate to the school that the fan is supporting or an officially merchandised WIAA product, including clothing and bags. This decision has sparked outrage among some parents and fans who feel that the WIAA has gone too far with their logo requirements.

"I'm tellin' ya, this is just downright ridiculous," said Earl Jackson, a proud wrestling dad from the Yakima area. "It's like they're trying to control every aspect of our lives. This is America, after all! Shake and bake!"

The new rule means that fans will not be allowed to wear or bring any item with a logo that does not relate to the school they are supporting or an officially merchandised WIAA product. This means that fans will not be able to wear their favorite team's jerseys or any other clothing items with logos from other schools or brands. They will also be prohibited from bringing in any items with logos, such as bags or backpacks.

In addition to the new logo requirements, the WIAA has announced that they will be selling shoe covers to cover logos on shoes as they are not yet ready to address shoes in the upcoming 2023-2024 season. Shoe logos will be addressed in the 2024 spring rules meeting.

The WIAA has defended their decision, stating that it will help ensure that schools receive the proper recognition and support that they deserve. They also claim that the new logo requirements will help boost their reserve funds and get the institution out of its economic crisis.

"Well, if you ain't first, you're last," responded the WIAA in a statement, throwing in a Ricky Bobby quote. "We understand that this decision may be difficult for some fans, but we believe that it's the right thing to do for our schools and our organization. We hope that in time, our fans will come to see the benefits of this decision."

While some parents and fans may be upset with the new logo requirements, the WIAA is confident that they will eventually see the benefits of this decision. Only time will tell whether or not this new rule will help boost the WIAA's reserve funds and get them out of their economic crisis.
